A small, clear team is better than ten people with no direction. Below are the main roles and current key people.

Owner · Founder

Direction, capital and final decisions.

  • Provides monthly pension funding for livestock
  • Sets contracts, rules, and long-term plan
  • Chooses caretakers, sellers and other partners
  • Reviews logs and inspection reports

Paperwork & Government

DTI, SSS, Pag-IBIG and similar.

  • Handles business registrations and renewals
  • Coordinates possible loans or programs
  • Keeps copies of contracts and IDs

Caretakers / Partners

Live with the animals – the heart of the system.

  • Feed and water animals daily
  • Clean housing and manage free-range areas
  • Report numbers in logs and GC
  • Assist during inspections

Maid / Inspector

Eyes and hands for the owner when he is not there.

  • Helps manage the home base and personal tasks
  • Visits caretaker sites for inspections
  • Takes photos, videos and confirms counts
  • Sometimes assists with sales and customers

Find customers and move products.

  • Advertise eggs, chickens and goats
  • Log all sales with names, amounts and contact
  • Coordinate payments and pickup
  • Earn 10% commission
