Caretaker Partnership
Dreamland Farm Cebu works with serious caretakers and landowners. The caretaker provides suitable land and daily animal care. Dreamland provides the goats, operating structure, inspections, and growth plan.

Our Rule
Growth is earned. Caretakers who perform well may receive additional goats. Caretakers who fail to follow the agreed structure will not receive further expansion.

Instead of traditional rent, Dreamland Farm Cebu may improve a property through fencing, water systems, access roads, farm buildings, Hardiflex structures, bamboo structures, livestock facilities, and agricultural development.
Documented development and construction costs may be credited toward the future purchase price when this is included in a mutually agreed written contract.

Dreamland Farm Cebu may offer separate profit-sharing agreements for selected project partners. These agreements are independent from the land lease agreement and apply only to specific business activities agreed to in writing.
Profit sharing may include goats, fruits, vegetables, or another approved farm activity based on net income and the terms of a separate written agreement.

Reward Conditions
The ₱3,000 reward is paid only after the property is verified, the landowner agrees, and a qualifying long-term lease, lease with an option to buy, or farm partnership agreement is signed.

Future Farm Expansion
Dreamland Farm Cebu is currently focused on goats as its primary livestock system.
As the farm grows, Dreamland Farm Cebu may introduce selected projects that support the overall farm ecosystem, including:
- Free-range native chickens
- Small caretaker chicken pilot projects
- Natural fertilizer and composting systems
- Integrated farming practices
- Sustainable land development
Any chicken project will be introduced carefully and only after the site meets Dreamland standards for proper shelter, clean water, fencing, security, reporting, sanitation, animal welfare, and long-term sustainability.
Chickens may be used as a complementary farm project, but goat farming remains the foundation of Dreamland Farm Cebu.

Dreamland Farm Seller Program
Dreamland Farm Cebu welcomes independent sellers, agents, and referral partners who wish to help market Dreamland Farm livestock and farm products.
Approved sellers may earn commissions by introducing qualified buyers and assisting with successful sales.

All sales must be approved and properly documented through Dreamland Farm systems. Commission payments are processed after payment has been received and verified.
Dreamland Farm reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation in the Seller Program at its sole discretion.
Sellers are independent referral partners and are not employees, franchisees, owners, or caretakers of Dreamland Farm Cebu.
